How do I choose the right size for my pet?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring your pet's neck, chest girth, and back length while they are standing to ensure a comfortable fit.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, items must be free of pet hair and odors.
When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our Austin warehouse.
Are your pet clothes machine washable?
Most of our fashion items are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. However, we recommend air drying to preserve the fabric quality and prevent shrinkage.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Healthy Pet Austin ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
